About the Job
Voor onze klant in regio Asse, actief in de sector van hout en trappen, zijn wij op zoek naar een toonzaalverantwoordelijke.
- Je adviseert bezoekers in de showroom en helpt hen gericht bij het selecteren van interieur-oplossingen zoals trappen, deuren en keukens;
- Je vertaalt wensen naar heldere voorstellen en waakt over een correcte opvolging van elk dossier;
- Je staat garant voor een klantgerichte aanpak waarbij persoonlijk contact en vertrouwen centraal staan.
Your Profile
- Je beweegt je moeiteloos in een commerciële setting en haalt energie uit het behalen van doelen;
- Je communiceert sterk, weet mensen te enthousiasmeren en stemt je advies af op hun behoeften;
- Je beschikt over verkoopervaring; kennis van de interieur- of bouwsector vormt een extra troef;
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans;
- Je toont ondernemingszin en klantfocus, waarbij motivatie en inzet belangrijk zijn;
- Je zal grotendeels alleen werken, dus je bent voldoende matuur om heel veel zelf aan te pakken.

What We Offer
- Je ontvangt een basisloon van +/- €2700 bruto/maand. Dit wordt aangevuld met commissies, afhankelijk van jouw verkoopcijfer. Goede verkopers verdienen al snel tot €1200 bruto/maand extra;
- Je krijgt maaltijd- en ecocheques;
- Je werkt van dinsdag tot en met vrijdag van 10u00 tot 18u00 (met een uur middagpauze) en op zaterdag doorlopend van 10u00 tot 17u00. Je werkt 35 uur/week, maar wordt wel voor 38 uur/week betaald;
- Je komt terecht in een groeiende werkomgeving met sterke reputatie;
- Je krijgt enorm veel zelfstandigheid in jouw job.
