- Plannen van herstellingen en installaties van nieuwe toestellen.
- Coördineren van interventies voor een team van ±20 techniekers in België en Luxemburg.
- Contact houden met technici en klanten over wijzigingen, vertragingen en betalingen.
- Van A tot Z opvolgen van dossiers om maximale klantentevredenheid te garanderen.
Je combineert organisatietalent, stressbestendigheid en communicatieve skills om een premium service te bieden.

Jouw profiel
Je bent een planner in hart en nieren, analytisch sterk en klantgericht.
Wij zoeken iemand met:
- Bachelor- of graduaatsdiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Minstens 3 jaar ervaring als planner/dispatcher, bij voorkeur in een technische omgeving.
- Sterke geografische kennis van België en Luxemburg.
- Vlotte communicatie in Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- PC-vaardig (Word, Excel); kennis van SAP is een troef.
- Stressbestendig, assertief en oplossingsgericht.
