USG Professionals is op zoek naar een Freelance HR Advisor voor een toonaangevende speler in de regio Brussel.
Wil jij als ervaren HR-professional een sleutelrol spelen in het operationeel HR-beleid en directe impact hebben op medewerkers én leidinggevenden? In deze functie ben je het betrouwbare aanspreekpunt voor complexe people dossiers en zorg je dat HR-processen efficiënt, correct en consequent worden toegepast. Je werkt nauw samen met het HR-team en de business en levert zo een waardevolle bijdrage aan een sterke HR-fundering binnen de organisatie.
Jouw takenpakket:
- Eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij diverse HR-vraagstukken
- Begeleiden van complexe individuele dossiers rond o.a. verzuim, re-integratie, functioneren en conflictsituaties
- Coachen en ondersteunen van leidinggevenden in hun rol als people manager
- Structureren en opvolgen van dossiers, inclusief correcte dossieropbouw
- Waakzaam over de consistente toepassing van HR-processen en policies
- Tijdig escaleren naar HR Business Partners of gespecialiseerde HR-teams wanneer nodig
- Signaleren van terugkerende issues en trends op de werkvloer en hierover adviseren
Your Profile
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een operationele HR-rol, we zoeken een medior profiel
- Sterke praktische kennis van Belgisch arbeidsrecht
- Bij voorkeur een goede tot zeer goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans én Engels
- Ervaren in coaching en gesprekstechnieken richting leidinggevenden
- Structuur- en oplossingsgericht, ook in complexe of gevoelige situaties
- Hands-on, stressbestendig en mensgericht met de nodige assertiviteit
