Your responsibilities

  • Coordination in a complex ecosystem — Act as the central point of contact between senior leadership, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring smooth communication.
  • International travel planning — Organize international itineraries including flights, accommodation, visas, and meetings, aligned with business objectives.
  • Event & meeting management — Coordinate executive meetings, workshops, offsites, and large-scale events from planning to follow-up.
  • Operational follow-up — Monitor workflows, deadlines, and action points to ensure flawless execution.
  • Documentation & reporting — Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and documents with strong attention to detail.
  • Confidential support — Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.

Your Profile

Your profile

  • 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Management Assistant, or similar role in a complex corporate environment.
  • Exceptional multitasker — Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining oversight.
  • Calm & structured under pressure — Solution-oriented even in high-pressure situations.
  • Proactive planner — Anticipates needs and takes initiative.
  • Service-minded yet assertive — Supports with finesse and communicates confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • International mindset — Comfortable in a fast-changing, global environment.
  • Strong language skills — Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
