Als medewerker klantenbalie zal je werken voor een bloeiend familiaal tuincentrum met een sterke reputatie in de streek.
Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten én collega’s. Je zorgt voor een vlotte werking aan de kassa en een warme ontvangst.
Jouw taken
- Coördineren van de dagelijkse werking aan de kassa en toezien op kwaliteit
- Klanten vriendelijk onthalen en verder helpen met hun vragen
- Collega’s ondersteunen en begeleiden in hun dagelijkse werking
- Administratieve taken zoals facturatie opmaken en controleren
- In rustige momenten spring je bij aan de kassa

Je bent een enthousiaste teamspeler met een passie voor klantgericht werken. Verder:
- Spreek je vlot Nederlands en Frans
- Leer je graag bij en ben je leergierig
- Ben je sociaal, communicatief en flexibel
- Heb je een hands-on mentaliteit en blijf je kalm onder druk
- Je bent bereid 1 weekend op 2 te werken
