- Goede klantenservice bieden via telefonie, mail en ook fysiek aan de balie.
- Je volgt contracten goed op van verschillende klanten.
- Allround ondersteuning op administratief vlak van verschillende departementen.
Your Profile
Wie zoeken we voor deze positie:
- Je hebt al ervaring binnen customer service
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans
- Je hebt een sterke kennis van Excel en draaitabellen en formules hebben geen geheimen voor jou.
- Je ben sociaal met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Je werkt graag in team maar kan autonoom ook goed werken.
