About the Job
Voor onze klant in regio Ternat, actief in de bouwsector, zijn wij op zoek naar een customer service specialist met technische skills.
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en begeleidt hen professioneel van aanvraag tot bestelling.
- Je leest en interpreteert technische plannen en vertaalt deze naar correcte en competitieve offertes.
- Je verwerkt klantaanvragen, offertes, bestellingen, retouren en creditnota’s op een nauwkeurige en efficiënte manier.
- Je werkt nauw samen met interne afdelingen zoals Sales, Productie, Logistiek, Aankoop en Finance om een vlotte orderflow te garanderen.
- Je volgt leveringen, wijzigingen en eventuele problemen proactief op en communiceert transparant met klanten.
- Je beheert administratieve en technische gegevens correct in ERP- en CRM-systemen en zorgt voor een hoge datakwaliteit.
Your Profile
- Je hebt een technische achtergrond en kan technische tekeningen/plannen lezen en begrijpen.
- Je hebt ervaring in een technische, industriële, bouw- of metaalomgeving, idealiter in customer service, sales support of calculatie.
- Je bent klantgericht, communicatief sterk en denkt oplossingsgericht mee met klanten en collega’s.
- Je bent vertrouwd met ERP- en CRM-systemen (SAP en Navision) en werkt vlot met Microsoft Office.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, hebt een goede kennis van het Frans en kan je behelpen in het Engels.

- Je werkt van maandag tot vrijdag (39,4/week) met glijdende uren. Je hebt 10 ADV-dagen op jaarbasis. Er is bouwverlof.
