Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als customer service medewerker:
- Verwerken en registreren van bestellingen van onderdelen en serviceaanvragen
- Coördineren en inplannen van service-interventies voor field service techniekers
- Optreden als als centraal aanspreekpunt voor klanten en techniekers bij vragen
- Zorgen voor duidelijke, snelle communicatie gedurende het volledige serviceproces
- Controleren van servicerapporten en bijdragen aan klantentevredenheid
