Voor een innovatieve speler binnen de medische sector (oogzorg) zijn we op zoek naar een Marketing Assistant die mee wil bouwen aan een moderne, data-gedreven marketingaanpak.

Jouw rol

Als Marketing Assistant vorm je de brug tussen marketing en sales. Je krijgt ownership over projecten en speelt een actieve rol in het genereren van leads en het ondersteunen van de commerciële groei.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Growth & lead generation

  • Opzetten, uitvoeren en optimaliseren van lead generation campagnes
  • Implementeren van go-to-market strategieën
  • Experimenteren met kanalen en tactieken om groei te realiseren

Data & analyse

  • Analyseren van campagneprestaties en marketingdata
  • Rapporteren over KPI’s (ROI, conversie, leadkwaliteit)
  • Werken met tools zoals GA4, Power BI en CRM-systemen

Digitale marketing

  • Beheren en optimaliseren van SEO, SEA en social campagnes
  • Opzetten van social media advertising
  • Werken met marketing automation tools zoals HubSpot

Content & communicatie

  • Creëren en beheren van content (website, social media, nieuwsbrieven)
  • Samenwerken met interne en externe stakeholders
  • Waken over een consistente merkuitstraling

Project management & events

  • Beheer van marketingprojecten van A tot Z
  • Bijsturen op basis van resultaten
  • Ondersteunen bij events en interne communicatie

Your Profile

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor in marketing, communicatie of gelijkaardig
  • 2 à 3 jaar ervaring in een B2B mark eti ngomgeving
  • Sterke kennis van digitale marketing (SEO, SEA, social ads)
  • Ervaring met tools zoals GA4, Power BI, HubSpot en CRM
  • Kennis van Adobe (Photoshop, InDesign) is een plus
  • Vlot in Nederlands en Frans, goede kennis Engels
