About the Job

Als Store Manager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van de winkel. Je combineert operationeel leiderschap met commercieel inzicht en bouwt samen met je team aan een succesvolle winkel.

Je staat in voor:

  • Het aansturen, coachen en motiveren van het winkelteam
  • Het organiseren en opvolgen van alle operationele processen (stockbeheer, goederenontvangst, leveringen, kassabeheer)
  • Het realiseren, analyseren en bijsturen van omzet, KPI’s en commerciële doelstellingen
  • De samenwerking met aankoop, logistiek, marketing en de Drive-In Manager rond acties en promoties
  • Het bewaken van een veilige, nette en inspirerende winkelomgeving
  • Een efficiënte personeelsplanning en opleiding van medewerkers
  • Rapportering aan de Winkeldirecteur
  • Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de winkelvloer en fungeert als motor achter structuur, efficiëntie en klantbeleving.

Your Profile

Jouw profiel

  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in retail (bij voorkeur DIY, tuin of bouw)
  • Sterke people manager met coachende leiderschapsstijl
  • Commercieel ingesteld en resultaatgericht
  • Organisatorisch sterk en stressbestendig
  • Ervaring met stockbeheer, ERP-systemen en Excel
  • Vlotte kennis Nederlands en Frans
  • Bereid om te werken in een winkel die 7/7 geopend is (daguren)
  • Ervaring met winkelopeningen is een sterke troef
