Voor onze klant, een dynamisch en groeiend familiebedrijf in regio Halle, zijn wij op zoek naar een tweetalige Inside Sales / Customer Service medewerker ter versterking van het team.
Je komt terecht in een klein en hecht team waar polyvalentie, samenwerking en klantgerichtheid centraal staan.
Jouw functie
Als Inside Sales medewerker ben je de spil tussen klanten, sales en logistiek. Je ondersteunt het commerciële team en zorgt ervoor dat alles administratief en operationeel vlot verloopt.
Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en omvat onder andere:
- Verwerken en opvolgen van bestellingen (veelal scholen als klant)
- Dagelijkse controle van orders en leveringen
- Opmaak en opvolging van offertes
- Telefonisch en schriftelijk contact met klanten (NL & FR)
- Ondersteuning van externe salesmedewerkers
- Contact met transporteurs (Luxemburg)
- Administratieve opvolging van leveringen en transport
- Beheer van Peppol-administratie voor Luxemburg
Je werkt proactief en neemt ownership over je dossiers. Klanten weten jou te vinden als vaste contactpersoon.

Jouw profiel
- Tweetalig Nederlands/Frans
- Ervaring in een administratieve of commerciële binnendienstfunctie
- Gestructureerd en nauwkeurig werken
- Commerciële feeling en klantgericht denken
- Communicatief sterk, met plezier in telefonisch contact
- Vlot met digitale tools en nieuwe technologie
- Echte teamplayer
