Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Correcte administratieve opvolging van het volledige salesproces en de bestellingen;
- Opvolging van bestellingen van A tot Z;
- Opstellen en analyseren van salesrapporten, forecasts, demand-data;
- Stockbeheer en nauwkeurige opvolging;
- Beantwoorden van klantenvragen;
- Klachtenbeheer met oog voor klanttevredenheid.
Your Profile
Wie zoeken wij?
- Minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een administratieve salesfunctie én een Bachelor diploma binnen supply chain, logistiek, bedrijfsmanagement, economische richtingen,...
- Zeer stressbestendig en sterk in het omgaan met een hoge workload;
- Functioneert vlot in een high-demand omgeving met snel wisselende prioriteiten;
- Positief ingesteld, analytisch en nauwkeurig;
- Flexibel, ook wat betreft werkuren;
- Drietalig: Nederlands, Frans en Engels (zeer goed);
