- Verzamelen van gegevens en opmaken/analyseren van klachtenrapporten
- Uitwerken van klantgerichte oplossingen in overleg met interne teams
- Coördineren en plannen van service-interventies en klantafspraken, incl. feedback nadien
- Bewaken van klachtenregistratie, KPI’s en klantentevredenheid, met ondersteuning van administratieve binnendiensttaken
Your Profile
Als Sales Assistant ben je iemand die klanten professioneel verder helpt, structuur aanbrengt en graag nauwkeurig werkt, daarnaast heb je:
- (bouw)technische affiniteit of bereidheid om technisch inzicht op te bouwen
- vlotte kennis Frans en Nederlands; en motivatie om technische termen eigen te maken
- nauwkeurigheid, analytisch vermogen en plezier in het beheren van dossiers (kennis van Microsoft Axapta)
- klantgerichte communicatie en zelfstandige werkstijl
- leergierigheid en de durf om door te vragen

Het aanbod voor een Sales Assistant:
- Een aantrekkelijk salaris in een interim-optie-vast
- 39-urenweek met aanvulling van 6 ADV-dagen en 4 aanvullende dagen extra verlof
