About the Job
Voor onze klant in regio Ternat, een sterke speler in de FMCG-sector, zijn we op zoek naar een customer servicemedewerker/internal sales.
Jouw taken:
- Je beheert de orderverwerking en facturatie van jouw klantenportefeuille.
- Je werkt nauw samen met sales, marketing en logistiek voor een vlotte opvolging van promoties.
- Je behandelt klantclaims volgens de interne klachtenprocedure.
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en bouwt sterke relaties op.
- Je denkt commercieel mee en stimuleert extra verkoopkansen.
- Je lost vragen en klachten klantgericht en efficiënt op.
Your Profile
- Je bent tweetalig Nederlands/Frans en hebt een goede kennis van Engels.
- Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma of relevante ervaring in customer service.
- Ervaring binnen FMCG, retail, distributie of logistiek is een troef.
- Kennis van orderverwerking en facturatie is een pluspunt.
- Je werkt resultaatgericht, proactief en bent een echte teamplayer.
- Je kan vlot werken met MS Office; ervaring met customer servicesoftware is mooi meegenomen.
