Als productiemanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van diverse teams en zorg je ervoor dat productie, kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie optimaal worden gegarandeerd.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omwetten onder andere:
- Het leiden en coachen van productie-en logistieke teams
- Het moniteren van KPI's
- Het optimaliseren van processen
- De productieplanning organiseren
- Toezien op de HACCP-, veilgheids en kwaliteitsnormen
- Het implementeren van verbeterprojecten binnen de productie
- Je rapporteerd aan de CEO
- Je creëert ruimte voor dialoog en neemt ook beslissingen wanneer nodig
Your Profile
- Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring in productie, bij voorkeur in de voedingssector
- Je bent organisatorisch sterk, je kunt operaties plannen en overzichtelijk maken
- Je ben een echte people manager
- Je motiveert en begeleidt medewerkers
- Je kunt omgaan met drukke momenten, noodgevallen en onverwachte situaties
- Je werkt nauw samen met verkoop, aankoop en de directie
- Je bent resultaatgericht en werkt nauwkeurig met oog op kwaliteit, efficiëntie en klanttevredenheid
