Voor een dynamische organisatie actief binnen mobiliteit en leasing zijn we op zoek naar een Procurement Support ter versterking van het Procurement team.
Jouw rol
Als Procurement Support bied je administratieve en operationele ondersteuning aan het procurementteam en help je mee aan het beheer van leveranciersrelaties en interne processen. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende stakeholders en draagt bij aan een efficië nte en correcte opvolging van contracten, procedures en rapporteringen.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Uitwerken en implementeren van procedures
- Opstellen en opvolgen van co n tra cten
- Rapportering en administratieve onder steuning
- Beheer van procurementtools en databanke n
- Onboarding en risk management van le v era nc i ers
- Voorbereiden van meetings, presentaties en pr ojec ten
- Opvolgen van leveranciersprestaties via KPI’s
- Back- up ondersteuning binnen het team waar nodig
Your Profile
Jouw profiel
- Bachelor, graduaat of gelijkwaardig door er va ring
- Ervaring binnen administratie, officemanagement of proc urem ent
- Ervaring binnen leasing of automotive is een plu s
- Sterke kennis van Microsoft Office (Excel is een troef)
- Vlotte communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk in het Nederlands en Frans
- Discreet en correct in het omgaan met vertrouwelijke informatie
