Voor onze klant zoeken we naar een export agent binnen de luchtvrachtzendingen, iemand die de uitgaande luchtzendingen opvolgt. Wat zal je doen?
- Je volgt het proces van alle itgaande zendingen goed op;
- Je bent het spilfiguur tussen onze klant, de luchtvaartmaatschappijen en de klanten;
- Indien de klanten vragen hebben rond hun zendingen, sta je hen graag te woord;
- Je hebt contact met de luchtvaartmaatschappijen om deze zendingen in te regelen.
Your Profile
Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die:
- Een eerste sterke ervaring heeft binnen het opvolgen van export luchttransport.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Engels en Nederlands
- Je kan goed om met stress. Er kan snel veel veranderen bij verchillende dossiers.
- Je bent flexibel en klantgericht.
