Als Assistent Coördinator ondersteun je het team tijdens de nachturen. Je helpt mee de dagelijkse organisatie vlot te laten verlopen en zorgt voor een efficiënte en veilige werking van de afdeling.
Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:
- Ondersteunen van de verantwoordelijke bij het aansturen van de nachtploeg
- Opvolgen van planning en werkverdeling
- Controleren van kwaliteit, veiligheid en procedures
- Eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor medewerkers tijdens de shift
- Mee zoeken naar oplossingen bij problemen en operationele uitdagingen
- Basis IT-ondersteuning bieden bij storingen of gebruikersproblemen
- Rapporteren aan de verantwoordelijke
Your Profile
- Je voelt je thuis in een professionele en familiale werkomgeving
- Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid
- Ervaring in logistiek, productie of een operationele omgeving is een pluspunt
- Je bent organisatorisch sterk en stressbestendig
- Je bent bereid om vaste nachturen te werken
- Basiskennis van IT-systemen, software of technische ondersteuning is een meerwaarde
