Als Coördinator Supply Chain zorg je voor een correcte en tijdige onderdelenlevering. Je volgt dagelijks de prestaties op en grijpt in waar nodig.

Dagelijkse opvolging

  • Controleren of leveranciers op tijd leveren
  • Opvolgen van backorders (openstaande bestellingen)
  • In kaart brengen van achterstallige leveringen
  • Rapporteren van de status naar interne teams en klanten

Contact met leveranciers

  • Bespreken van problemen in leveringen
  • Afspraken maken om prestaties te verbeteren
  • Opvolgen of acties effectief uitgevoerd worden

Analyse & verbetering

  • Analyseren waarom leveringen vertraging oplopen
  • Voorstellen doen om processen te verbeteren
  • Meewerken aan duidelijkere en efficiëntere werkwijzen (SOP’s)
  • Ondersteunen van een correct forecastproces

Opvolging dringende aanvragen

  • Behandelen van urgente onderdelenaanvragen (UPR)
  • Coördineren van campagnes (PDC)
  • Afstemmen met internationale kwaliteitsafdelingen (TME/TMC)
