Wil jij aan de slag als technieker binnen een vooruitstrevende en hoog-technologische werkomgeving? Vanaf je eerste werkdag krijg je ondersteuning van ervaren techniekers, tool owners en engineers die je begeleiden in je groei.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als technieker volcontinu:
- Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud en technische inspecties aan hoogtechnologische installaties
- Mee analyseren en oplossen van technische storingen
- Ondersteunen bij herstellingen en het plaatsen van nieuwe installaties
- Overleggen met tool owners over optimalisaties en mogelijke verbeteringen
- Actief meedenken over efficiëntere processen en jouw ideeën delen met het team
Your Profile
Wat verwachten we van deze technieker volcontinu?
- Je behaalde een 7de specialisatiejaar, graduaat of professionele bachelor, of je studeert binnenkort af, in Elektromechanica, Elektronica, Elektriciteit, Mechanica of een gelijkaardige technische richting
- Je bent praktisch ingesteld en werkt graag actief op de werkvloer
- Je hebt interesse en ervaring in techniek, onderhoud en industriële installaties zoals motoren, pompen, pneumatica en elektronica
- Veiligheid staat voor jou centraal en je werkt steeds nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
- Je bent een teamspeler die graag meewerkt aan continue verbetering
- Je communiceert vlot in zowel Nederlands als Engels

- Week 1: vroege ploeg (maandag t.e.m. vrijdag)
- Week 2: nachtploeg (maandag t.e.m. vrijdag)
- Week 3: late ploeg (maandag t.e.m. woensdag), recuperatie dagen (donderdag en vrijdag), weekend in 12-uur shiften
- Week 4: recuperatie dagen (maandag t.e.m. woensdag), late ploeg (donderdag en vrijdag)
Dit systeem zorgt niet alleen voor afwisseling, maar ook voor extra vrije dagen en recuperatiemomenten.
