Voor gemeente Hoeilaart zijn we op zoek naar een tijdelijke administratieve medewerker voor de personeelsdienst:
Je staat in voor een correcte en tijdige uitvoering van de personeelsadministratie met het oog op een kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening aan personeelsleden en een doeltreffend personeelsbeleid.
Taken:
- Je voert de HR-administratie uit (contracten opmaken, C4's opmaken, aanvragen ouderschapsverlof verwerken, ...)
- Je zorgt voor een correcte uitvoering van aangiftes van sociale risico’s en dergelijke
- Je beheert de personeelsdossiers (certificaten opladen en verwerken, gegevens correct aanpassen, ...)
- Je biedt ondersteuning bij rapportages in Excel
Your Profile
- Je bent in het bezit van een hoger secundair onderwijs diploma.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring op een personeelsdienst, een eerste administratieve ervaring is wel noodzakelijk.
- Je hebt goede kennis van Excel, bijvoorkeur kan je ook draaitabellen maken.

Voltijds contract van 38u per week in een glijdend uurrooster.
Tijdelijk contract via interim tot 05/06/2026, met mogelijkheid tot verlenging.
Plaats tewerkstelling: Gemeentehuis, Jan van Ruusbroecpark z/n, 1560 Hoeilaart.
Verloning volgens C niveau waarbij relevante ervaring meegenomen kan worden in de loonberekening.
