Jouw taken
- Als jobstudent ondersteun je het HR- en administratieve team met een breed takenpakket:
- Ondersteunen bij een rebrandingproject (aanpassen van logo’s, templates, documenten)
- Meedenken over en helpen implementeren van recyclinginitiatieven en interne communicatie hierrond
- Structureren en ordenen van bestanden en mappen
- HR-administratie:
- Meehelpen bij de opmaak van functiebeschrijvingen
- Zorgen voor ondertekening en opvolging
- Meedenken over acties om de engagement survey resultaten te verbeteren
- Eventueel ondersteunen bij administratieve taken binnen finance

Jouw profiel
- Student met interesse in HR, administratie of organisatieontwikkeling
- Communicatief, creatief en administratief sterk
- Proactief en denkt graag mee na over verbeteringen
- Leergierig en flexibel, houdt van afwisseling in taken
- Goede kennis van Nederlands en basis Engels (gesproken en geschreven)
- Vlot met MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) en bij voorkeur vertrouwd met tools zoals ChatGPT of Copilot
