About the Job
Voor het Easy2Cash Team bij deze bank zijn we op zoek naar een administratief gedreven persoon met een hart voor ondernemingen.
- De functie focust zich vooral op relatiebeheer van de klantenportefeuille en het risicobeheer van de dossiers en hun debiteuren.
- De klanten sta je bij tijdens de groei van hun zaak door advies over onze financieringsoplossing. Je gaat hierbij voor een optimale klantentevredenheid en denkt mee met de klant door oplossingen aan te reiken in zowel proactieve als reactieve klantencontacten.
- Je ervaart afwisseling in je takenpakket door een goede mix van klantencontact en risicobeheer

- haalt energie uit succesvolle contacten met klanten en prospecten;
- Bij voorkeur heb je al een ervaring met klante ncon tac t/ dos sierbeheer;
- houdt ervan om klantgericht te werken via digitale oplossingen;
- bent nieuwsgierig en wilt elke minuut bijleren;
- kan administratief en kritisch te werk gaan;
- vindt teamwork top!
- hebt bovendien een bachelor of master in een economische richting;
- spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans
