Jouw functie
Als medewerker van de Technische Cel ondersteun je klanten en interne afdelingen bij offertes, technische vragen, orderverwerking en projectopvolging.
Jouw taken
- Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes
- Verwerken van technische orders en projecten
- Ondersteunen bij technische klantvragen
- Samenwerken met productie, sales, aankoop en R&D
- Opmaken van standaard- en klantspecifieke technische tekeningen
- Werken met Excel en ERP-systemen
- Administratieve opvolging van dossiers en projecten
Your Profile
Jouw profiel
- Technische opleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Administratief nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
- Technisch inzicht en oplossingsgericht denken
- Goede kennis van Excel
- Ervaring met ERP of tekensoftware is een plus
- Vlotte kennis van Nederlands
- Goede werkkennis van Frans is vereist
- Teamplayer met zelfstandige werkhouding
- Leergierig en communicatief sterk
