Je taken

  • Teamleiding en coaching van het drive-in team
  • Operationele organisatie: stockbeheer, goederenontvangst, leveringen, kassaprocessen
  • Commerciële opvolging en bijsturen op basis van cijfers
  • Samenwerken met aankoop, logistiek en marketing
  • Waken over veiligheid en orde
  • Personeelsplanning en opleiding
  • Rapporteren aan de Winkeldirecteur

Je profiel

  • Bachelor/master of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Min. 5 jaar retailervaring (DIY/tuin/bouw is een plus)
  • Sterke people manager met commerciële feeling
  • Organisatorisch sterk en hands-on ingesteld
  • Ervaring met stockbeheer, ERP en Excel
  • Vlot Nederlands en Frans
  • Bereid om binnen én buiten te werken in een 7/7-omgeving
