Ruime openingstijden zorgen voor maximale flexibiliteit.

Onze hub vestigingen te Machelen en Sint-Pieters-Leeuw zijn ze voor zowel B2B als B2C klanten op zoek naar een gedreven Assistent Winkelmanager Machelen.

Je taken

  • Klantenservice: je helpt klanten vriendelijk verder en geeft correct advies.
  • Ondersteuning in de drive-in: laden en lossen van goederen met de heftruck, stockeren en klaarzetten van volumineuze materialen.
  • Winkelbeheer: bij afwezigheid van de winkelverantwoordelijke neem je het dagelijks beheer over.
  • Bestellingen & voorraad: opvolgen van bestellingen en zorgen dat rekken aangevuld blijven.
  • Opleiding nieuwe medewerkers: mee instaan voor begeleiding en opleiding van starters.
  • Orde & netheid: zorgen voor een veilige, nette winkel en drive-in.
  • Multi-inzetbaarheid: je werkt zowel in de winkel als in de drive-in.

Je profiel

  • Klantvriendelijk en nauwkeurig, met een stipte werkhouding.
  • Hands-on, stressbestendig en gemotiveerd.
  • Enkele jaren ervaring in DIY of retail als verkoper of assistent-verantwoordelijke.
  • Goede kennis van doe-het-zelfproducten of bereid om bij te leren.
  • Teamspeler met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Vlot Nederlands; Frans is een plus.
  • Flexibel inzetbaar tijdens daguren en regelmatig in het weekend.
  • Heftruckattest of relevante praktijkervaring; werken met scanner/computer vormt geen probleem.
  • Veiligheid op de werkvloer staat voor jou centraal.
