About the Job
Als Data Administrator zal je bijdragen aan de betrouwbaarheid van de gegevens in SAP, ben je verantwoordelijk voor de creatie en update van data in SAP en tevens de bijhorende administratieve opvolging. Je staat in voor kwaliteitscontroles en waarschuw je de verschillende partijen bij mogelijke verschillen.
- Input verzamelen voor de creatie van nieuwe artikelen in de SAP.
- Je voert de nodige updates uit (aanvullen, activatie van artikels, afschaffing referenties, wijziging tarieven).
- Je verzamelt de master data van de verschillende leveranciers.
- Je creëert en werkt data bij van niet-artikel gerelateerde data zoals winkels, leveranciers …
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de database in lijn is met toepassingen die gebruikt worden in de verkooppunten.
Your Profile
- Je kijkt met een kritische blik naar data en processen en bent analytisch ingesteld.
- Je werkt zelfstandig, bent leergierig en doelgericht.
- Je beschikt over het vermogen om effectief te communiceren met stakeholders.
- Ervaring een ERP systeem is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt een grondige kennis MS-Office toepassingen en kan vlot overweg met Excel.
- Je neemt graag ownership om zaken van A tot Z op te lossen. Deze aanpak en een oplossing vinden geven u voldoening.
- Je hebt een zeer goed kennis van Nederlands en Frans.
