About the Job
In deze functie ben jij dé schakel tussen klant, leverancier en logistiek. Jij zorgt ervoor dat elk dossier vlot en correct wordt afgehandeld van bestelling tot levering.
- Je verwerkt inkomende bestellingen (via mail, webshop en telefoon) nauwkeurig in het ERP-systeem
- Je stemt levertermijnen af met klanten en houdt hen proactief op de hoogte
- Je volgt bestellingen van A tot Z op: van aankoop bij leveranciers tot levering bij de klant
- Je controleert beschikbaarheden en bewaakt deadlines
- Je werkt nauw samen met de logistieke afdeling om leveringen optimaal te laten verlopen
- Je biedt technische ondersteuning aan klanten en denkt mee in oplossingen
- Je neemt bijkomende administratieve taken op waar nodig

Your Profile
- Je bent een gestructureerde en communicatieve professional die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt
- Je hebt 3 à 5 jaar ervaring in een administratieve of customer service functie
- Je werkt vlot met MS Office; ervaring met ERP-systemen (zoals SAP of Salesforce) is een plus
- Je hebt interesse in technische of bouwgerelateerde producten
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels
- Je bent klantgericht, commercieel ingesteld en denkt in oplossingen
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, stelt prioriteiten en behoudt het overzicht, ook onder druk
- Je bent zowel zelfstandig als een echte teamplayer
- Je neemt initiatief en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor je dossiers
