Voor IVAGO is Start People op zoek naar een tijdelijke callcentermedewerker.
Je takenpakket kan bestaan uit:
- Is binnen de klantenrelatiecel verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking van alle binnenkomende telefoons, mails, webaanvragen en brieven.
- Verstrekt telefonisch de nodige informatie omtrent de IVAGO-dienstverlening (recyclageparkreglementering, sorteerregels, ruimdienst, afvalwetgeving, openingsuren, grofvuilophaling e.d.); medewerker front office en onthaal
- Behandelt alle binnenkomende vragen en klachten van onze algemene mailbox en lost deze zoveel mogelijk zelfstandig op. Meer complexe vragen worden doorgestuurd naar de andere verantwoordelijke diensten;
- Verbindt, indien nodig, telefonische oproepen door met de betrokken persoon of dienst
- Verwerkt administratieve taken voor de backoffice
Your Profile
- Je beschikt over een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs.
- Je kan om met weerstand en blijft steeds even klantvriendelijk.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig.
- Je bent een teamspeler.
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis Nederlands en kan je behelpen in het Frans en Engels.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van de courante softwarepakketten (MS, Outlook) en bij voorkeur kennis van SAP.

- Plaats tewerkstelling: hoofdkantoor IVAGO (Proeftuinstraat in Gent) + thuiswerk tot 2 dagen/week na inwerkperiode.
- Uurrooster: 38/38 in shiften (7u00 vroege shift, 9u00 late shift).
- Verloning op C-niveau: 2887,07 bruto/maand.
