Jouw rol
Als Service Advisor ben jij het gezicht van de serviceafdeling. Je verwelkomt klanten met een glimlach en zorgt voor een professionele en vlotte opvolging van hun dossier. Dankzij jouw ervaring weet je perfect hoe je klantverwachtingen vertaalt naar een efficiënte werking in de werkplaats.
Wat ga je doen?
- Je ontvangt klanten en begeleidt hen bij onderhoud en herstellingen
- Je stelt werkorders op en volgt deze nauwgezet op
- Je beheert de planning en stemt af met de werkplaats
- Je verzorgt de administratieve verwerking en facturatie
- Je regelt vervangwagens en coördineert afspraken
- Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in de klantenservice

- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands (mondeling en schriftelijk)
- Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in de automobielsector
- Ervaring met iReach is een pluspunt
- Je werkt gestructureerd, zelfstandig en blijft kalm onder druk
- Je bent klantgericht, nauwkeurig en streeft naar topservice
- Je voelt je thuis in een warme, familiale werkomgeving waar respect en betrokkenheid centraal staan
