About the Job

  • Ensure the optimal functioning and smooth organisation of the Business Planning Section.
  • Represent the section in initiatives and cross-team projects.
  • Organise and support meetings, events, and webinars — from planning and logistics to documentation and follow-up.
  • Coordinate internal team meetings and streamline internal processes.
  • Handle financial and procurement-related tasks, liaising with external suppliers and managing contracts, invoices, and signatures.
  • Take on ad-hoc administrative and organisational tasks according to team needs.
  • Maintain and update section documentation via SharePoint.
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships across all relevant internal teams.

Your Profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience.
  • You bring 0-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • You have advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • You’re fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • You are proactive, well-organised, and a team player with strong attention to detail.
