Je zorgt ervoor dat leveringen efficiënt, correct en op tijd bij klanten aankomen. Samen met het logistieke team stuur je chauffeurs aan en bewaak je de dagelijkse transportplanning.
Jouw taken
- Opstellen en opvolgen van transportplanningen
- Efficiënt inplannen van distributieritten
- Contact met chauffeurs, klanten en transportpartners
- Rekening houden met rij- en rusttijden
- Oplossen van last-minute wijzigingen en problemen
- Samenwerken met logistiek, sales en magazijn
- Administratieve opvolging binnen ERP- en transportsystemen
Your Profile
Wat jij meebrengt
- Ervaring als planner, dispatcher of logistiek bediende
- Sterk organisatorisch en stressbestendig
- Vlotte kennis Nederlands, Frans is een plus
- Goede kennis van MS Office
- Snel weg met ERP-, TMS- en WMS-systemen
- Communicatief, proactief en oplossingsgericht
