Voor een gekende logistieke speler is Unique Maritiem op zoek naar een Transportplanner Haven. Het gaat om een tijdelijke opdracht van 1 maand, met kans op verlenging.
Na een korte opleiding on the job sta je in voor de dagelijkse planning en opvolging van transporten binnen de havenomgeving.
Jouw taken
- Onderhouden van contact tussen key accounts en de planningsafdeling
- Behandelen van telefonisch en mailverkeer
- Eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs bij dagelijkse vragen of problemen
- Opvolgen van lopende trajecten via track & trace en bijsturen waar nodig
- Regelmatige terugkoppeling naar klanten over de status van transporten
Your Profile
Jouw profiel
- Graduaat of bachelor in logistiek, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels (gesproken en geschreven)
- Kennis van Turks is een sterk pluspunt
- Kennis van de haven van Antwerpen en de verschillende terminals
- Bereid om in shiften te werken
- Vlot met MS Office en digitale tools
- Punctueel, stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht
