We are looking for a Procurement Officer / Junior Strategic Buyer to strengthen our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will combine hands-on procurement activities with supply chain analysis and improvement projects, helping to build a resilient, efficient, and future-proof supply chain.

Your Responsibilities

Procurement & Supplier Management

  • Request, compare, and analyze supplier quotations.
  • Create and manage purchase orders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers.
  • Support supplier negotiations and contract management.
  • Monitor supplier performance, delivery reliability, quality, and service levels.
  • Identify new sourcing opportunities and suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate procurement data in ERP systems.

Supply Chain Analysis & Improvement

  • Monitor and analyze supply chain KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and supply chain risks.
  • Develop recommendations to improve costs, lead times, inventory levels, and service performance.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Logistics, Planning, Sales, and Finance.
  • Prepare reports and analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development of a scalable and efficient supply chain.

Your Profile

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • First experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or operations is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and affinity with ERP systems and data analysis.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English. additional languages are a plus.
  • Passion for cycling, sports, or active mobility is considered a strong asset
