Wat ga je doen?
- Documenten opstellen: Van master B/L’s tot house B/L’s, jij regelt alles met EDI-gegevens en sealnummers.
- Instructies geven: Zodra de container geladen is, geef jij de juiste shippinginstructies door aan de rederij.
- Contact onderhouden: Je schakelt met klanten, agents en anderen om het proces soepel te laten verlopen.
- Volgen en afronden: Jij zorgt ervoor dat de tank aan boord is en dat de finale documenten snel klaar zijn.
- Geen facturatie zorgen: Jij houdt de focus op de administratieve taken zonder facturatie-stress!
Your Profile
Wat breng je als Logistiek Administratief Medewerker mee?
- Ervaring in export administratie (voorkeur voor master en house B/L’s).
- Proactieve, stressbestendige persoonlijkheid met een oog voor detail.
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, met een beetje Duits als plus!
- Gedreven om je kennis uit te breiden en de processen echt te begrijpen.
