About the Job
Ben jij een ervaren maritiem expediteur en op zoek naar een vaste job met sterke work-life balance? In deze rol werk je aan internationale zeevrachten, vaste vaarroutes en langetermijncontracten, binnen een stabiel en hecht team.
Jouw job in het kort:
- Coördinatie en opvolging van zee- en continentale transporten van oorsprong tot eindbestemming
- Opstellen en beheren van shipping instructions en transportopdrachten
- Administratieve afhandeling van import-, export- en crosstradedossiers
- Contact met rederijen, agenten, transporteurs, magazijnen en interne diensten
- Beheer van transport- en douanedocumenten (BL, packing list, FCL & consolidated cargo)
- Opvolging van laaddata, aankomsten en probleem- of claimdossiers
- Werken per continent en vaste vaarroutes, met onderlinge back-up binnen het team
Your Profile
Wie zoeken we?
- Bachelor denkniveau en minstens 5 jaar ervaring als maritiem expediteur
- Sterke kennis van zeevracht en documentatie
- Affiniteit met agricultural products is een plus
- Vlot in Nederlands en Engels, Frans en/of Spaans is een troef
- Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en probleemoplossend
- Ervaring met Navision is een plus
