About the Job
Unique Kortrijk zoke naar een Tooling Engineer. Je werkt nauw samen met Project Engineering, Quality Assurance, Process Engineering en collega’s uit aankoop, maintenance en productie.
Je staat in voor het ontwerpen en ontwikkelen van tooling bij de opstart van nieuwe producten. Je werkt mee aan een stabiel, veilig en ergonomisch productieproces. Deze functie is ideaal voor iemand die graag technisch tekent. Er is geen extern klantencontact, enkel intern overleg met de kwaliteitsdienst en het projectteam.
Jouw taken
- Ontwikkelen van nieuwe tooling (controlemallen, laskalibers, …)
- Uitwerken van tooling in samenwerking met QA en Project Engineering
- Opmaken van technische tekeningen voor extern draai- en freeswerk
- Ondersteuning bieden bij assemblage, reparaties en verbeteringen van tooling
- Meewerken aan verbeterprojecten rond 5S, automatisatie en optimalisaties vanuit productie
Your Profile
Jouw profiel
- Bachelor Elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Ervaring met 3D-tekenprogramma’s (bij voorkeur CREO)
- Goede kennis van technisch planlezen en vorm- en plaatstoleranties
- Ervaring in een productieomgeving is een plus
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, haalt deadlines en neemt verantwoordelijkheid
- Je bent communicatief en werkt vlot samen met verschillende interne afdelingen
